comTECH Solutions Opens New Westshore Headquarters
Big news from our team: after eight great years in Carrollwood, comTECH Solutions has officially moved into a new 12,000-square-foot headquarters in Tampa's Westshore district. The boxes are (mostly) unpacked, the coffee machine survived the trip, and we wanted to give you a look inside.
Why we moved#
The short version: we ran out of room. Our team has grown from four people to twenty-two, and our old network operations center was never designed to monitor the number of client environments we watch today. Westshore puts us minutes from the bridges, which matters when a client in Clearwater or St. Pete needs hands on hardware fast.
What's inside the new space#
An expanded 24/7 NOC - twice the screens, twice the seats, and a dedicated incident-response room for when minutes count.
A client training lab - a 16-seat classroom where we'll run free security awareness and Microsoft 365 workshops for client teams.
A proper hardware bench - staging, imaging, and repair space so new-hire laptops go out the door ready on day one.
Room to grow - desks for the next ten hires, because we're not done.
Same team, same promise#
Our phone number, our people, and our 15-minute response target haven't changed. The only thing clients should notice is that workshops and equipment pickups now happen somewhere with better parking.
