comTECH Earns Microsoft Solutions Partner Designation
We're proud to share that comTECH Solutions has earned the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Modern Work. It's a mouthful, so here's the plain-English version: Microsoft now formally recognizes our team's depth in Microsoft 365, Teams, and modern device management, and that recognition comes with real benefits we can pass along to clients.
What the designation actually measures#
This isn't a sticker you buy. Microsoft scores partners on three things: certified engineers on staff, successful deployments over the trailing year, and measurable customer growth on the platform. You only get the badge when all three clear the bar, and you have to re-qualify every year.
What changes for our clients#
Faster escalations. We now have a direct line into Microsoft support for partner-level escalations, which means thorny tenant issues get senior eyes sooner.
Funded workshops. Microsoft underwrites certain onboarding and security workshops for qualifying customers. We'll be offering these to clients at no cost while funding lasts.
Licensing reviews. Most businesses we audit are paying for licenses they don't use, or using a plan one tier higher than they need. We can now run these reviews with Microsoft's own tooling.
Early access. Partner previews let us test upcoming Microsoft 365 features before they hit your tenant, so changes never catch us off guard.
